Biker Hub is a mobile rally companion app designed for Sturgis Rally attendees. The app helps you:

• Discover and navigate venues and attractions
• Find your way with integrated maps
• Coordinate with your crew (create or join groups, set meeting spots)

When you use Biker Hub, we collect the following information:

Information You Provide:

• Display Name — a name you enter to identify yourself in the app
• Crew Information — crew name, invite codes, your member status, and agreed-upon meet spots and times

Information Collected Automatically:

• Firebase Account ID — a unique, anonymous identifier assigned to your device (not tied to email or password)
• Device Local Storage — your chosen display name and crew ID, stored on your device for convenience
• Map and Location Data — location information shown on maps when you use Biker Hub's mapping features, and data related to directions you request through Google Maps integration

We Do NOT Collect:

• Email or password (you log in anonymously)
• Continuous background location tracking
• Analytics or tracking data for marketing purposes
• Personal identifiers beyond what you choose to enter

We use the information you provide to:

• Enable crew coordination features (creating groups, sharing meet spots)
• Display maps, venues, and directions within the app
• Improve app performance and user experience

Cloud Storage:

• Crew names, member status, meet spots, and display names are stored in Google Firebase (Firestore)
• Your anonymous Firebase Account ID is managed by Firebase Authentication

Local Storage:

• Your display name and crew ID are stored locally on your device for quick access

Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest by Firebase's default security settings.

We share your information with the following services to provide Biker Hub:

Google Firebase — stores crew and member data, manages authentication

Google Maps — provides mapping, venue information, and directions functionality

We do NOT sell your data to advertisers, marketers, or any third party.

Crew Data:

• Crew names, member lists, meet spots, and times are retained as long as the crew exists
• You can leave a crew at any time, and your member information will be removed

Account Data:

• Your anonymous Firebase Account ID persists while you use the app
• If you uninstall the app or delete it from your device, local data (display name, crew ID) is deleted

Google Services:

• Google Firebase and Google Maps operate under their own privacy policies and data retention terms

Precise Location:

• Biker Hub does NOT collect your location continuously or in the background
• Location data is only used when you actively interact with maps or request directions
• You control when location is shared (standard iOS/Android location permissions)

Map Display:

• Your location may appear on a map within the app only when you choose to use that feature

Biker Hub does NOT use:

• Analytics tools to track user behavior
• Advertising networks or ad serving
• Tracking pixels or similar technologies

We do not track how you use the app beyond what is necessary to make crew features and maps work.

Biker Hub is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will delete it promptly.

Deleting Your Data:

• You can delete your display name and crew information by leaving crews and uninstalling the app
